Chipotle Cheddar Review

Bravo Farms Chipotle Cheddar is a pretty cool looking cheese. It's handmade with Bravo's own raw milk recipe.

I would say the taste was a bit on the mild side. You can certainly taste the chipotle, but it doesn't come up and grab you like I'd prefer. The cheese part is a mild cheddar. All in all, spicy and cheesy without much of a wild side. Apart from the obvious cheese plate appeal, I'd say the cheese is good but not great. Certainly unique and worth trying though.

I just tried it on crackers, which was a yummy little snack. But I think I'll try it on tacos tonight.

This was the first of the Bravo Farms cheeses I tried and now that I've checked them out I'm very keen to try some of their other styles. They even have a Manchego version. California Manchego. Now that's wild.

I recently read about a spicy

I recently read about a spicy sharp cheddar out of Washington, farmland beauty!
